Goshin Jutsu (the art of self defence)
To protect ones self is a human right. In a self defence situation you shouldn't think about how strong or weak the attacker is. It doesn't matter how weak the persons may seem, or how strong the person thinks they are. The training remains the same in order to defeat them. That's one reason why it was originally not allowed to show any part of a technique to someone outside the school. Even during practice the combat distance would deliberately be wrong to confuse prying eyes. This was to prevent your opponent gaining the advantage of imagining what type of technique or counter you might use. Don't let people know what you do.
